In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as a visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. A customer's address, phone, email and username will be stored on the server. Cookies (small digital signature files that are stored by your web browser) allow visitor and customer preferences to be recorded when visiting the site. This information is used to enhance a visitor’s experience, provide personalized content, remember user preferences, track return visits and facilitate order tracking. You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings, but this will prevent you from using certain features of the website.
We may occasionally send email to inform you of news or offers from Stock Wheel Solutions. E-mail addresses will NEVER be sold, rented, leased or provided to 3rd parties. If you have subscribed to one of our email lists, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included. We value your privacy and the trust you place in us when you make a purchase or contact us.
Stock Wheel Solutions guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you for the purchase price less shipping both ways. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on the total amount if the product was ordered incorrectly or if the order is cancelled by the customer. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to item(s) that have been used or damaged. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If tires are mounted on the wheel or if the wheel comes back damaged in any way even if through the shipping process, then the wheels are non-refundable. In addition, shipping of the product both ways is the responsibility of the buyer/customer. Please inspect all wheels and make sure you are 100% satisfied to avoid any return problems before you mount a tire on the rim which would void the warranty.
A return authorization number is required on all orders. You can e-mail us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number. All orders without return authorization numbers will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Stock Wheel Solutions sends a damaged, defective or incorrect product. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the original purchase price. Stock Wheel Solutions is also not responsible for costs associated with mounting or dismounting tires. Once the wheel has been mounted, all rights to return are forfeited.
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Stock Wheel Solutions will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or FedEx return label. Once the item has been received and inspected for use, we will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund. All refunds take 2-3 business days to process.
Please note that because the staff at Stock Wheel Solutions cannot inspect the customer's vehicle, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the wheel being ordered will their vehicle. If you have any questions or hesitations, please contact us directly for assistance.
Pricing errors may occasionally occur on our website. We reserve the right to refund your purchase and cancel any order that includes a pricing error, with no further obligation, even if you have received an order confirmation from us. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you to determine if you would like to complete the order at the corrected price, or send you an email notification that your order has been cancelled and refunded.
Stock Wheel Solutions warrants that our wheels will be free from structural defects for a lifetime unless caused by damage.
Stock Wheel Solutions warrants that products manufactured finish of the wheel will be free from defects under normal intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase.
- warrants that chrome and painted aluminum finishes will be free from peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel for a period of one year.
- warrants that PVD finishes will be free from peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel for a period of one years. Polished aluminum wheels, that have not been clear coated, oxidize. They require regular maintenance. Polished aluminum finishes are not covered under warranty. Customer will have to provide photo's of defects.
- This warrant is not applicable if:
- Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance;
- Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions;
- Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of improper use of the vehicle including, but not limited to, on and off-road racing.
To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser shall first email photo's to email@example.com and provide a purchase date of the product. If needed, return the wheel for visual inspection to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased, along with a copy of the original sales receipt. “Should the dealer determine that the wheel has failed to perform as expected under this warranty the wheel will be repaired or replaced at the sole and absolute discretion of the dealer. Such repair or replacement shall not include the cost of removal, shipping, installation or re installation of the wheel.
This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser.
IMPORTANT: If returned products are found ineligible for warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.
